As you use this

If you send

BeyondWork's
Use of Your Information
BeyondWork uses
personally identifiable information about you for Internet
business purposes: to improve the operations of the site, to
statistically analyze site usage, to improve content and product
offerings, and to customize the site’s content and layout.
BeyondWork believes these uses will improve its site and better
tailor it to meet customers’ needs.
BeyondWork may
also use personally identifiable information about you to send
you information that may be specific to your interests.
Contact
information from the order form is used to send orders and
promotional material from some partners to customers. Your
contact information is also used to get in touch with you when
necessary. Financial information that's collected is used in
billing for products and services.
BeyondWork uses
demographic information in surveys and cookies to tailor your
experience at the site, showing you content of interest, and
displaying the content according to your preferences. This
information may be shared with advertisers on an aggregate
basis.
Due to
contractual obligations with suppliers, BeyondWork uses your
email address at work to verify your employment with
participating companies. Your work email address is the
default channel to deliver information to you. (After you become
a BeyondWork member, you may use any valid email address you own
as your default email address.) In some situations, your
mailing address or phone number is used to contact you regarding
administrative notices.
If you choose to
make a purchase with your credit card, BeyondWork
may
use your address and billing information to bill you and provide
associated support.
BeyondWork may
use personal information maintained in your file, and other
information from your current and past activities on the site to
resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce the Service
Agreement. At times, BeyondWork may evaluate multiple users to
identify problems or resolve disputes.
Disclosure
of Your Information
BeyondWork
does not sell or rent any
personally identifiable information about you to any third
party. Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory
environment, BeyondWork may disclose (if you authorize it) any information about you to law enforcement or other
government officials as BeyondWork, in its sole discretion,
believes necessary or appropriate. Therefore, although
BeyondWork uses industry standard practices to protect your
privacy, it does not promise, and you should not expect, that
your personally identifiable information or private
communications will remain private.
Control of
Your Password
You should not
disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any
third parties. If, despite the foregoing, you lose control of
your password, you may lose substantial control over your
personally identifiable information and may be subject to
legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your
password has been compromised for any reason, you should
immediately change your password.
Security
BeyondWork uses
industry-standard practices and efforts, such as Secure
Socket Layers, to safeguard the confidentiality of your
personally identifiable information. However, "perfect
security" does not exist on or off the Internet.
