Problem with an Order?

Wondering where your order is? If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, visit the relevant order summary in Your Account. Here you will find updated shipping dates and even shipment tracking numbers when the carrier has made them available. If your order was shipped by U.S. Mail please allow 21 days for delivery from the date it shipped. If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location after 21 days from the date it shipped, please download the Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Tickets, which you should complete and fax to (408) 392-9770 (attn: Customer Support, BeyondWork) within 60 days of the shipment date. Upon receipt of such affidavit, BeyondWork will initiate a review process. A replacement order will be sent to customers address. BeyondWork will not replace any lost or stolen tickets if the Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Tickets was not received within the 60-day period.
