Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms of Service 
The BeyondWork program is provided to members under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement.
In addition, when using specific services in conjunction with BeyondWork, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines that are applicable for such services.

2. Description of Service 
BeyondWork provides online employee discount programs to companies of all sizes. It provides significant discounts in a variety of recreation, leisure, travel, vacation and gift products and services. This program can complement an existing employee discount program or serve as the entire corporate program.

In consideration for this Service, Member agrees to: (1) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about Member as prompted to do so by the Service and (2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. All information requested on original sign-up shall be referred to as registration data.

If any information provided by Member is inaccurate, BeyondWork
retains the right to terminate Member's membership and rights to use the Service.

3. Privacy Policy
BeyondWork respects the privacy of its Members. BeyondWork will not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of a Member's private information unless required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on BeyondWork; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of BeyondWork; or (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Members or the public. At no time will BeyondWork sell or broker any of the information received from Members to any third parties. It will be used only for internal purposes and, where appropriate, to contact you directly.

4. Transaction Security
We guarantee that every transaction you make at BeyondWork will be 100 percent safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at BeyondWork. Members agree to immediately notify BeyondWork of any unauthorized use of Member's account or any other breach of security.

5. Limitation of Liability for BeyondWork
The task of BeyondWork is to connect its customers to products and services that will enhance their life experiences. While BeyondWork selects product providers and service providers that are reputable and responsible, all products and services have some degree of risk associated with their use or activity. The participants acknowledge that BeyondWork is not involved with the delivery of products and services directly distributed by providers and that BeyondWork is not responsible for any claims arising from the acts and omissions of providers.

6. Limitation of Liability for Participating Companies
Employees' participation in the program offered by BeyondWork is completely voluntary. Participating Companies assume no responsibility or liability. Purchases and order fulfillment are transactions between members and BeyondWork.

7. Member Conduct
Each Member is solely responsible for the contents of his or her transmissions through the program.

Member's use of the program is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.

8. Termination
This program may be terminated by either the Member or BeyondWork with or without cause at any time, effective immediately.

9. Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
BeyondWork, Inc. sells tickets on behalf of theme parks, sports teams, movie theaters and other third-party vendors, but does not establish the prices or determine the seating locations. Policies set forth by vendors prevent BeyondWork from issuing exchanges or refunds for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.  When you receive your tickets, store them in a safe place away from direct sunlight or heat, which can sometimes damage tickets.

10. Cancelled Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If an event is cancelled, please contact BeyondWork for information about obtaining a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact BeyondWork Customer Service at (408) 392-9780 for further instructions.
