Ticket Return Policy

Electronic tickets (email tickets or e-vouchers) are not refundable or exchangeable once the order is placed at BeyondWork.com.

If you are not satisfied with the paper tickets you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full BeyondWork credit of the ticket purchase price, minus shipping, handling, convenience fee, and $2.99 per order restocking fee.

In order for BeyondWork to process your return in a timely fashion, please provide us with the original receipt and order number or the email address you used to place the order.

Please note that BeyondWork can NOT give refunds, credits or exchanges in the following circumstances:

1) Event tickets that are within 25 days of the event
2) Expired tickets
3) Electronic tickets (Email tickets or e-vouchers)
4) Damaged/lost/stolen tickets
